The goal of Dual has been to provide Gilbert, Mesa, and Higley residents with the same quality dining experience as Scottsdale without driving there.  The prices are also much more reasonable.  The whole restaurant and the concept are built around the quality of ingredients and presentation.  Everything is locally grown and organic.  Chef Josh Hebert has recently been recognized by AZ Food & Life Magazine as one of the top new upcoming chefs in the state.  Hamburger and tri-tip steaks andpotato skins are out:  tuna tartare, wild salmon, pepper crusted ahi, seared beef tenderloin are in.  Dinner is served nightly 5 to 10 Tuesday through Saturday and 4 to 8 on Sunday.  The Sunday brunch from 11 to 3 is a hit.   Reservations are preferred and recommended.
