Camelback Ranch Stadium

Dazzling Camelback Ranch-Glendale, the new spring-training home of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox, opens its stadium doors for the home opener of its inaugural season this Sunday, March 1, 2009 when the two defending division champions face each other. First pitch will be 1:05 p.m.

Stadium Features:

  • Largest seating capacity in the Cactus League - 10,000-plus seats, 3,000 bermed grass aeating. There are 8 full suites, 4 mini-suites, 1 press box, 1 suite-level party deck, and a series of outfield terraces that create party areas.
  • Stadium playing field sunken 12 feet below grade to improve sightlines.
  • Replica home fields (Dodger Stadium, U.S. Cellular Field)
  • Twelve practice diamonds and three practice infields
  • Bandstand for pre-game entertainment
  • A fish-stocked lake that separates the Dodgers and White Sox training facilities and offers aesthetic beauty and irrigation to complex landscaping and playing fields.
